The US Navy Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer (DDG) was introduced to the fleet in 1991 and remains active worldwide.  The barque STAR OF INDIA was launched on the Isle of Man in 1841 and is home-ported in San Diego. AMERICA, launched in 1995, is the 2nd meticulous re-creation of the Schooner AMERICA, the yacht for which the renowned America’s Cup is named.
