Are these painted photographs?
My artworks are original photographs. I envision, photograph, and process each image with respect for the light integrity, color, and detail that Nature provided. I do treat color and occasionally augment content with authentic elements that optimize my artistic vision of the subject. These are high-quality photographs, not painted works of art.
What is your Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel an order, please contact Mark Roger Bailey Photography and Bay Photo Lab customer service immediately. If your order has not yet been printed, it may be possible to cancel the print request. Once produced, all print product sales are FINAL.
How is my order packed?
Currently, all Mark Roger Bailey Open Edition prints are printed and packaged by Bay Photo Lab, which is an accomplished professional packing expert on each print order, from small flats to large metal, acrylic and canvas prints. I have confidence that you'll be pleased with the packaging and delivery of your photography print order.
What shipping services will deliver my purchase?
Bay Photo Lab ships my open edition prints worldwide with FedEx, UPS and USPS, selecting the most cost-effective shipping carrier based on the items ordered and their destination. Shipping times range from 1-7 business days. You receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

Large Size Products and Crating
- Due to shipping requirements and potential for damage, some products over 30" on the short aside, or over 40" in length, must be crated at an additional cost. All additional Crate fees are included in the product total.
- Crate for MetalPrints over 30x40 to 40x60 $15.00 (required)
- Crate for MetalPrints over 40x60 $20.00 (required)
- Products over 40" long that are shipped flat may require freight shipping. Bay Photo Lab can provide freight quotes for these orders. Please allow additional time for the quote and freight delivery times.
- Any freighting fees may be billed to the fulfillment artist separately after processing your order. Please contact support@bayphoto.com for freight fees before the order is placed.
Shipping Outside of the Continental US, Expedited Shipping, and Special Requests APO shipping is charged full cost and sent via USPS. Requests for shipping outside of the continental United States, other types of shipping, and expedited shipping will be charged at full cost. We are not responsible for duties and taxes required for international shipping. Shipping Quotes are available for large orders or orders shipping to international destinations. Please contact us with the details of what will be in the order and the shipping address.
Limited edition prints
Shipped primarily via FedEx, UPS or USPS, depending upon order size and destination. International shipments are accepted and are quoted on a case by case basis. Contact support if you require an international quote. Please note that we cannot deliver to a PO box so please ensure that you provide us with your actual street number address.
MRB Guarantee
If for any reason you are unhappy with the production quality of the materials used we will replace or fix it at our cost. This includes defects such as loose canvas, bubbles, scratches, fading or warping.
